Ready Patch + Coldmix Emulsion
Our road products specialist will recommend the right product and dispatch a trial quantity from ready stock so you can test it on an actual pothole or road stretch before bulk order.
India builds thousands of kilometres of roads every year — and watches a large chunk deteriorate
…because the right repair and construction products either don't exist in the market, or nobody told you they exist.

The pothole repair cycle that never ends
A pothole appears on a busy road. The PWD crew fills it with loose aggregate and hot bitumen — the same method used 30 years ago. It takes 4–6 hours to repair one pothole: heat the bitumen, haul it to site, apply, compact, wait to cool, open the road.
Within 2–3 months — sometimes weeks during monsoon — the patch washes out. The pothole is back, deeper than before.
Each repair cycle costs ₹3,000–8,000 per pothole. Multiply by 500+ potholes on a district road network, 3–4 times a year. That's ₹50–80 lakh per year on repairs that don't last.

The mountain road nightmare — where hot mix can't reach
You're building or repairing a road at 8,000–14,000 feet in Uttarakhand, Himachal, Ladakh, or the Northeast. The nearest hot-mix plant is 80–120 km away in the valley. By the time the hot mix reaches site, it's cooled below workable temperature.
The alternative — set up a mini hot-mix plant at altitude — costs ₹25–40 lakh for equipment plus fuel, generator, and aggregate transport up the mountain.
For a 2–5 km hill road repair, the economics don't work. So the road stays broken.

The traffic disruption cost nobody calculates
Conventional pothole repair requires road/lane closure for 4–6 hours per patch.
On a national highway carrying 10,000+ vehicles/day, a 6-hour lane closure causes tailbacks, accidents, fuel waste, and economic losses that dwarf the repair cost.
Everyone wants the pothole fixed, but nobody can afford the time conventional methods take.

The "call their office" nightmare
You need a product that can be applied cold, in rain, without heavy equipment. You call your regular bitumen supplier. The sales desk doesn't know what you're talking about. They transfer to "technical." Technical says "we only supply VG-30 and emulsions."
Because for them, road products means commodity bitumen — they don't manufacture specialised repair products. They're an oil company or trader.
Innovation isn't their business. Volume is.
Commodity suppliers can't solve specialty problems
Potholes and mountain roads need specialised products — not the same VG-30 and RS-1 that IOCL supplies by the tanker.
For commodity bitumen and standard emulsion grades, the oil majors have scale, distribution, and price that no one can match — use them for standard hot-mix work.
But when you need a ready-to-use pothole repair product that a 2-man crew can apply in 20 minutes without heating, or a cold-mix emulsion that lets you build roads in mountains without a hot-mix plant — those aren't commodity products. Those are manufactured specialty solutions.
You need a manufacturer whose entire business is built around bitumen innovation — someone who formulates, tests, and stocks these products.

The economics
Save ₹20–35 lakh / yearOne pothole repaired with Ready Patch costs a fraction of conventional hot-repair.
A municipal corporation repairing 500 potholes/year can save ₹20–35 lakh annually by switching from conventional hot-patching to Ready Patch.
Coldmix EmulsionBuild Roads Without a Hot-Mix Plant
A specially formulated bitumen emulsion for road construction using cold-mix technology — no hot-mix plant needed.
- Build roads in high-altitude and remote areas where hot-mix plants can't reach — Himachal, Uttarakhand, Ladakh, J&K, Northeast
- No heating required — mix with aggregate at ambient temperature
- Use locally available aggregate — reduces transport cost up mountains
- Dramatically lower setup cost — no hot-mix plant, no generator, no fuel for heating
- Lower carbon footprint — aligns with green road construction mandates
Ideal for
The reality
Thousands of kilometres of mountain roads remain un-surfaced — not because there's no budget, but because hot-mix technology can't physically reach the site.
Coldmix emulsion eliminates that constraint entirely.
